Ok I'm looking for a trailer that I can tow the CJ on. Just want somting small as I don't want it to weigh to much. Even if it needs some work I'm interested. I've been looking on Ebay and Craigs List but havn't seen anything even close to what I need, or if it would work it isn't close enough to be worth getting. If all else fails I may just have to build one.

I'm not that is why I'm trying to find one. Had a friend of mine from work tow it for me the other day when I brought it home. His trailer was over 3k pounds so with the weight of the Jeep and the trailer it was well over what my truck is rated for.

Oh sorry. Using my Nissan Frontier. As fare as I can tell it has a 5500 lb tow rating.

Cool thanks Caveman I just emailed the guy. When I was on Craig's List I couldn't find any trailers at all.

Ok I picked up the trailer today. Needs a spot fixed on the left side but he gave me the peice of angle iron to do it. One of the 4 tires needs to be resealed and filled with air and I need to get a new connecter to hook the lights up to my truck. I'm probibly going to be putting breaks on it soon as I figure out how that is going to work.

Looks like a good ruged trailer. Heavy enoughto haul a small tractor. With the wheels set back that far you might have to back your cj on to balance out right.

nice find, I agree with caveman on loading the jeep backwards to balance it right. And you’ll defiantly want some breaks on it.

Brakes on both axles are required if you want to get it stickered. I dont think the fine is overly large, and I have yet to be stoped to see if my trailer is stickered yet, so take it as you may.
